HR GENERALIST OR EXPERT JOB TO THE HR DEPARTMENT

Dear Sir/Madam,
My mission for Airbus ends on September 4th, so I'm actively looking for a new job. During my last 4 years of experience, I have developed skills that I would like to offer to a structure hosting a HR department.
First, I acquired operational skills as HR Missions Manager for Orange. This experience, within a team of experts, developed me in the areas of recruitment, promotion, social relations and prevention. Then, I carried on as a HRBP Support at Airbus. I have supported the Human Resources Business Partner, especially, on performance and development campaigns, compensation and training management. Finally, I took the opportunity to upgrade myself on more strategic and political aspects of the business by holding a HRBP job. In this position, I am in charge of, notably, talent management, international mobility and digital HR transformation within a scope of 300 people. These experiences were particularly enriching because I assimilated skills such as resilience, multi-skill as well as great perseverance and a team spirit. Currently, I am seeking a HR position that would ideally target the following areas: HR Generalist, HR Development, Compensation, Mobility or Social Relationships.
